Do you have ample secure parking?
Yes, we are in the privileged position to be able to offer customers ample, secure and lit parking which sets us apart from many other serviced office providers.
Are the serviced offices secure?
We assure a safe, secure working environment for you and your team. Take advantage of the business opportunities available through Verat Space as we promise to deliver the optimum security package. We have CCTV throughout the whole building, on site security, external lighting and a dedicated event management team on site.
Do the serviced offices include office furniture?
Fully furnished offices are available, we have a wide variety of desks, chairs and storage units to meet your specific requirements. Furniture is not included as standard, but we do offer a selection of office furniture available upon request for an additional cost.
What if I want to work outside of normal hours?
We are committed to delivering the highest standard in serviced offices, with a strong focus on supporting your business needs to ensure a productive working environment, whenever it suits you. For added flexibility, out-of-hours access can also be arranged upon request.
Do you have a manned reception?
While we don’t have a permanently manned reception, our friendly and professional team is always on hand to warmly welcome your guests and ensure everything runs smoothly for your event.
