Verat Space is located on Chorley North Industrial Park with the entrance to the park just 100m from the M61 Junction 8.
The park is close to the Hartwood Hall roundabout on the A6 and walking distance to and from bus stops, with a 10 minute journey into Chorley town centre.
To get to Verat Space from Blackburn by car, travel via the A674 through Withnell and Wheelton, or along the M65, M61 J8. We are also close to bus links straight from Blackburn.

We used Verat Space for a training funtion. The team were excellent and supported us throughout the day. The lunch provided was fantastic and we receievd nothing but positive feedback from the attendees. Thanks for putting on the two function suites we requested.

We recently had a wonderful day, hosted by Verat Space. The room was very clean and modern, with fresh juice, tea/coffee and biscuits and a range of technology available which made presenting to the room a dream. Our hosts Stephanie and Claire were fantastic, they went above and beyond to help us and treated us to a very tasty lunch, which included cake! The facilities are in a perfect location, easily accessible from the motorway. This was really important for us as we had delegates travelling from across the North West. If you are looking to hire a meeting/conference/training space I would highly recommend Verat Space.
I regularly attend Verat Space. Excellent meeting venue. Modern, clean at all times. Very welcoming and friendly hosts with tasty refreshments provided.
our networking group have been using the Verat Space for the last few years, the staff are welcoming even at 7am and always at hand to help. The service is top notch keeping us all topped up with tea coffee orange pastries and fruit.
we also have breakfast at the end of our meeting Sausage, bacon or egg, they also provide gluten free for one of our members.

Along with Steph and Claire’s exceptional customer service the venue is a great meeting place, always a friendly greeting, clean and well stocked with coffee etc. The I.T. system is good and the blinds installed by technoshade finish the room perfectly.

Great space to have any form of business meeting/presentation. Claire and Steph do a great job!
We meet every two weeks at the Pendle Suite and have done for at-least a couple of years for a networking meeting. The room is excellent with all the facilities we need and we are really well looked after by Claire and Steph from a friendly early morning greeting when we arrive to making sure we have everything we need during the meeting. Highly recommended the venue.

We had a really productive day in the Pendle Suite, facilities were great, lovely open space wifi worked perfectly, with access to refreshments of endless coffee, tea, juice and water. But most importantly the service was wonderful from being met at reception to throughout the day the team were always happy to help. Thank you we will definitely be back.

We have used the verat space for staff training during this week! Everyone has been so accommodating and extremely welcoming, the room was tidy and very comfortable.
Was in town for a couple weeks and was able to rent a pretty cool “pod” which included a desk and monitor. Pricing was good, pod was good, space was clean and quiet.
We use Verat Space to run one of our specialism courses. The room itself is fantastic, very spacious and well presented. The facilities are top notch and Steph ensures that everything is set up correctly in plenty of time. As well as all this, the price is extremely competitive.

Verat Space’s meeting room that we use is excellent.
I would go as far as to say the chairs provided are the best meeting room chairs I’ve sat in, a testament to the investment they have made.
The TV/ presentation system is also great and easy to use, and the choice of refreshments and food that are provided a good. The bacon and sausage sandwiches are both delicious, making it hard to choose between them.
